Q: What type of properties do you buy?

Q: I need to sell immediately. How quick can we close?

Q: Are you actually listing my house on the MLS or buying it?
A: This is a very good question. We are not acting as a realtor to list your house for sale or display it on the MLS. We buy houses in Phoenix that fit our buying criteria and from there we may make repairs and resell the house or keep it as a rental.

Q: How do you determine the price to offer on my house?
A: This is another great and we like to be transparent as possible about our buying process. When determining how much to offer for a particular property we will take into consideration the location, current condition, repairs needed, and the value of comparable homes recently sold in the local area. We take all these factors into consideration to come up with a fair price that works for the both of us.

Q: Are there any fees or commissions to work with you?
A: There are absolutely no fees or commission to work with us. That’s the beauty of working with a cash house buyer. We’ll make you a fair cash offer and if the numbers work for you we will buy your house. In most cases we will pay the closing costs too! As real estate investors, we make money after renovating the property (if needed) and hopefully later we are able to resell it for a profit. It doesn’t always work out that way but once you sell us your property, that risk is our responsibility and you get to walk away from your burdensome property.

Q: Is there any obligation when I submit my info?
A: There is no obligation at all. Once you submit your info and tell us about your property, we’ll do our homework, maybe schedule a visit, and then make you an all-cash offer that is fair for the both of us. From that point on, it’s up to you whether or not to accept our offer.
